Mr. Ar Kar Min is a certified Advanced SAS programmer with a master degree in management analytics from Queen’s University and a master degree in public health. He has over 13+ years of experience in the healthcare, telecom and insurance industry with a wide range of knowledge and skills including reporting and creating dashboards, advanced analytics and machine learning.
Mr Ar Kar Min is proficient in using statistical software packages such as R/Python, SAS, SAS/Macros, SAS/SQL to prepare and write analytical reports and has been leading a team of 12 high-performance analysts to design, develop, and maintain various actuarial databases for modeling, analysis and report/dashboards at Allstate Insurance Company of Canada. He was an ACG’s Employee Excellence Award Recipient for 2018 and was awarded 2014 Rogers CEO Team Award of the year.

Mr. Jagtar Singh is a commerce graduate and has an MBA degree in finance and marketing. He is a certified SAP FICO and S4 Hana Finance consultant and has 25 years of experience in finance, cost control and accounting in manufacturing, retail, real estate and IT industry. His expertise mainly covers SAP configuration, design and implementation. Mr. Singh has worked for different companies as an SAP FICO/ S4HANA lead consultant for many years. He had completed five SAP projects, which are full implementation cycles from blue printing to go live, upgrade and support project during his career. In addition to his strong industry experience with SAP, he also provided training to different clients on SAP ECC 6 and S4/HANA platforms.

Mr. Palawat Supharerk has been a Data Science project practitioner for more than 10 years. He has managed large-scale projects in support of IBM Global Delivery Services and Ontario government initiatives, and is a SAS Certified Base and Advanced Programmer. He has an MBA in Finance from one of the renowned universities in the USA with additional credentials, including PMP and ITIL v3 Foundation. He is a key member of our data analytic team and currently is servicing the Government of Ontario as a data scientist.
ZAFAR AHSAN

Mr. Ahsan has been working for more than 20 years in software implementation and more than 10 years in SAP implementation. He possesses in-depth knowledge of business and accounting and has successfully configured all the Finance and Accounting processes in SAP FI/CO for various clients. His work has ranged from the oil and gas industry to the banking and education industries to non-profit charities. Mr. Ahsan has worked in some of the world’s largest corporations including IBM, Accenture, British-American Tobacco and Shell. Locally he worked for Plan Canada and Cognizant. He has professionally functioned in top roles including Head of I.T., Project Manager and Team Lead.

Paul Du joined the DVAS in Apr of 2019 as the Data Scientist. He holds a Master of Spatial Analysis degree from Ryerson University and an Advanced Diploma of Data Science and Applications from Metro College of Technology. He has experience working with databases, data analysis, data mining and predictive analysis with various statistical analysis tools including Python, R, SAS, and SQL. He also has GIS and BI background in spatial data analysis and interactive data reporting and visualization..

Mr. Vijay Kumar has 10+ years of successful work experience as Web developer and SQL developer. Currently he has been working full time as Data Scientist for a few Toronto-based companies. Mr. Kumar worked extensively as software developer/business intelligence developer in medical and legal industries in New York area. He has expertise in data visualization also and has good expertise of Tableau, Qlikview and MS Power B.I.
Mr. Kumar holds a MBA degree in Information Systems from Maharishi International University and a Master degree in Business Administration from MUM University, Fairfield, Iowa USA.
